Connecting your Facebook Page

Prerequisites

• A Facebook Page you administer (personal profiles are not supported)
• Admin or Editor role on the Page

Connection steps

1. Open the More menu (☰) at the bottom of the left sidebar, click Settings, then expand Social Media Accounts
2. Click the + (Connect a social account) button, then choose Facebook from the platform picker
3. Log in to Facebook and authorize ScoutSocial
4. In the Select Facebook Page dialog, click the Page you want to connect (this connects that single Page right away). To add more Pages, repeat the connect flow for each one.
5. Grant the requested permissions
6. You'll be redirected back to ScoutSocial

Page selection

After authorization, ScoutSocial shows the Select Facebook Page dialog listing all Facebook Pages you manage. Click a single Page to connect it. Each Page becomes a separate account in ScoutSocial, so you can post to specific Pages. To connect additional Pages, run the connect flow again and pick the next Page each time.

Troubleshooting

• "No Pages found" - Ensure you have admin access to at least one Facebook Page
• Permission errors - Re-authorize and make sure all permissions are granted
• Token expired - Reconnect your Facebook account in Settings to restore access
