What are Insights?

Insights go beyond raw metrics to deliver AI-generated recommendations, health scores, trend detection, and weekly summaries that help you understand what is working and what to improve across your social media presence.

How to access it

Insights are built into the Dashboard. There is no separate Insights tab in the sidebar.

Open Dashboard from the left sidebar and look for these widgets (add them from Customize dashboard if they are not visible, see Dashboard):

• Intelligence Center - An executive brief with priority actions and key signals generated by AI
• Performance Score - An overall health score across connected platforms

You can also ask Scouty, the in-app AI assistant, questions about your performance from the chat widget.

Key functionality

Intelligence Center

The Intelligence Center tile shows an AI-generated executive brief. It highlights key signals about your content performance, audience behavior, and posting patterns, along with key wins, areas to improve, and the top suggested actions to take next.

Health scores

The Performance Score panel summarizes your overall social media performance across connected platforms. Scores update based on the selected time window (7, 30, 60, or 90 days).

Platform and time filtering

Use the Dashboard's global filters to control scope:

• Platform - View data for a specific platform or all platforms combined
• Time window - Analyze the last 7, 30, 60, or 90 days

Tips

• Check the Intelligence Center on the Dashboard at least weekly to stay on top of changes in your content performance.
• Act on the priority actions first, since these often indicate issues affecting your reach or engagement.
• Customize your Dashboard layout to keep the Intelligence Center and Performance Score visible alongside your charts.
