Saved Prompts
Save, organize, and reuse generation prompts from Create Posts with search, favorites, and team sharing.
What are Saved Prompts?
Saved Prompts let you store proven generation prompts and reuse them when creating new posts. Instead of retyping the same instructions each time, you can build a library of prompts and apply them with one click on the Create Posts page.
How to access it
Open Create Posts from the left sidebar, then:
- Click the My Prompts button in the composer's attach/add popover, or
- Type
/in the prompt field to browse prompts inline
You can also open the full library by typing / in the prompt field and choosing Browse all.
Key functionality
Browsing prompts
The library displays your saved prompts in a searchable list. Tabs help you filter:
- All - Every prompt you can access
- Recent - Recently used prompts
- Favorites - Prompts you have starred
Saving a prompt
After configuring a generation you want to reuse, save the prompt from Create Posts. Give it a name and optional tags so you can find it later.
Applying a prompt
Select a prompt and click to apply it. The prompt text fills into the generation form. Some prompts include slots (fill-in fields) that you complete before applying.
Search and tags
Use the search bar to find prompts by name or content. Filter by tags to narrow results as your library grows.
Team sharing
Share prompts with your workspace so teammates can use the same proven formats. Team prompts appear in the library with a Team badge.
Favorites
Star frequently used prompts to keep them in the Favorites tab for quick access.
Tips
- Save prompts for your most common content types (weekly tips, product announcements, event promotions) so you can produce them consistently.
- Use tags to organize prompts by campaign, platform, or content pillar.
- Share high-performing prompts with your team so everyone uses the same starting point.
- Combine saved prompts with your brand guidelines for consistent on-brand output.
